Welcome to RAGSUN Consultancy. We are Chhavi and Chhaya, Directors at RAGSUN Consultancy — thank you for stopping by.
We started RAGSUN as a young technical advisory firm with a simple belief: good advice, delivered honestly and on time, still makes a difference. We did not wait for the “perfect” moment. We began with the people and projects that mattered, and we continue to build our practice the same way — one careful engagement at a time.
Our work centres on helping organisations make sound decisions across the full project lifecycle: planning with clarity before capital is committed, designing with precision, and managing delivery so outcomes meet both schedule and standard.
Power and energy remain our deepest area of expertise — smart grids, renewable energy and generation planning. Alongside this, we are steadily expanding into infrastructure, information technology, and mining. We have also begun work in health tourism: RAGSUN is not a hospital, but we act as a coordinator, helping patients and families navigate arrangements with care providers.
