This website is operated by RAGSUN CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62020DL2026PTC470753), registered office at Space No. 103, Plot No. 6, Block A, LSC, Surajmal Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi – 110092 ("RAGSUN", "we", "us"). We decide why and how the personal information described below is used.

2. What We Collect

• Enquiries. When you email, call, or use the contact form on this website, the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, location and message.
• Job applications. When you write to careers@ragsunconsultancy.com, your CV and any details in it or in your note.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access, for security and operation of the site.

The contact form on this website sends your details directly to our mailbox by email; it does not store submissions in a database. This website does not use cookies, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. It loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so when you open a page your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details under Google’s own privacy policy.

Please do not send government ID numbers, bank or card details, passwords, or health or other sensitive information in enquiries or CVs. We do not need them.

3. Why We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
• To consider your application and contact you about opportunities.
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

By sending us your details you agree to their use for these purposes. You may withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to us, as set out in section 7.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that host our website or provide email and IT services to us, and with authorities where the law requires. These providers may store data on servers located outside India.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, or as the law requires, and then delete it or anonymise it. We keep applications while a role is being considered and for a reasonable period afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS on this website and access controls on our mailboxes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please share only what is needed.

7. Your Choices and Our Grievance Officer

8. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
